- Are the goods original?
- Yes. We work with overstock and logistics surplus from major international retailers — original goods that left the traditional channel for logistics reasons. Every lot carries a certificate of origin.
- Is it legal to import these goods?
- Yes, provided entry follows the regime that matches your volume. We issue a Paraguayan legal invoice (Factura) and certificate of origin; import paperwork and clearance in your country are the buyer's responsibility.
- What is the minimum volume?
- For stocked purchases the minimum is set per lot and category. Dropshipping has no minimum.
- How do I receive the goods?
- In Paraguay we deliver to your address. Buyers from other countries pick up at our Ciudad del Este warehouse and arrange transport from there.
- Do you issue fiscal documentation?
- Yes. Every shipment leaves with a Paraguayan legal invoice (Factura) issued by our Paraguayan company and the lot's certificate of origin.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Bank transfer and payment at pickup. Special terms are reviewed after a purchase history is built.
- Do you deliver outside Paraguay?
- No. We deliver directly anywhere in Paraguay. Companies from Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia and other countries get special terms and pricing, but goods are picked up at our warehouse in Ciudad del Este — the buyer arranges transport from there.
